This diagram shows how Sen. Manuel Villar's company, Adelfa Properties obtained land titles to friar lands in Imus, Cavite.
Key facts:
- In a complaint filed before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), a former lawyer at Adelfa claimed that the titles were obtained through "layering," allegedly using a fictitious mother title in the name of one Catalina Vda. de Villanueva.
- Newsbreak uncovered records from the Land Management Bureau (LMB) which show that, in 1999, a committee of 5 led by Atty. Benjamin Asido conducted an investigation on the subject land which were then contested by the heirs of 3 families: Cuenca, Pakinggan and Villanueva.
- The investigation resulted in the award of deeds of conveyance to the heirs of Benito Cuenca and Urbana Pakinggan, not the Villanueva heirs whose 'mother title' is the alleged basis of the Adelfa title.

How Villar company rationalizes stealing
One hot day, a ghostly apparition of a lady in blue and white appeared to M."Bi" Villar. It startled him and immediately, he went down on his knees.

M."Bi": "Uhh...no, of course not. You know you should go after Lina. He was the one who created the Lina Law. That law promotes squatting, the theft of land and the extortion of additional land from land owners, not to mention the "bribes" that a land owner has to pay to the mayors who extort more money from them whenever they ask as taxpayers for their rights, to be protected from thieves."
Apparition: "So now you're blaming Lina?"
M."Bi": "Forgive me Blessed Virgin. Of course not. It's really those white people. They're militaristic gays like Gay Gibo. Those Europeans invaded America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South America. They stole the lands of the aboriginals and natives, and they murdered millions of them. More than Hitler's holocaust. You should go after them, not ME!"

M."Bi": "Uh, yes. I mean NO, NO. Sorry I don't know what got into me."
Apparition: "Well then..."

VILLAR has the EXPERIENCE!
VILLAR seems to be "EXPERIENCED" in the production of FAKE documents! Nakalimutan lang nya yung "layering" sa PSYCH report! The report should have originated from a psychoanalyst, the reviewed by a psychologist, attested to by psychiatrist, then evaluated by another psychiatrist (for 2nd opinion), then forwarded to a psychology department panel for approval, then signed by the Department Chairman and finally, by Fr. Tito Caluag.
Through this "layering" practice, before they can authenticate the report through the stages/layers, tapos na ang eleksyon!
