INTERACTIVE: Pinoy drug mules executed in China in 2011

Four Filipinos, who were convicted of drug trafficking, were executed in China in 2011, despite the Philippine government's appeals for clemency.

China has one of the strictest laws against drug trafficking. Under Chinese law, smuggling of 50 grams (1.76 ounces) or more of any illegal narcotic drug into the country is punishable by death.
