In response to the emergency situation created by Typhoon Pepeng, Smart has temporarily  lowered its on-net domestic regular voice call rates to assist subcribers in coping with this extraordinary situation.

Smart and Talk N Text subscribers  can call other Smart or Talk N Text users at the rate of P3 per minute from 2 am Oct 3 to 2 am Oct 5.

Just like during Tropical Storm Ondoy, we shall ensure that our network will continue operating and provide vital communication services to the public and emergency authorities.
