Triumph a slap in the face

The selection of Efren Penaflorida as CNN Hero can be considered as a slap in the face for government officials. The heroic act of Efren shows the inability of the government to do its role. Nakakahiya na talaga sila. Sana naman makaramdam pa sila ng hiya.
