Yup! May is Masturbation Month. Masturbation or Vit. O, a term which I constantly use on Twitter, is the act of stimulating one’s organ for the purpose of pleasure. It’s also called sel-pleasure or solo sex.
According to a research, babies of both sexes started masturbating in the womb. But boys are the only ones who can be caught while aroused on the sonogram. See? It’s a natural thing and it’s nothing to be ashamed of.
It’s sad that some people think masturbation is dirty. In fact, it is healthy – lowers blood pressure, production of good hormones (endorphins), promotes well-being, strengthens immune system, alleviates menstrual cramps, natural sleep aid, etc.
Female masturbation is still taboo. Women still reluctlantly talk about it. Some women deny it. Some women think it’s a degrading act. And some women are just clueless.
