Napocor plans tender to import 50,000 T coal

MANILA, Philippines - Top Philippine electricity producer National Power Corp. (Napocor) said on Thursday it will hold a tender on April 7 to import 50,000 tons of steam coal for its Naga-Cebu plant.
The coal imports should be delivered between August to December 2010, Napocor said in a public notice.
