Seaoil to hike oil prices, too

Following the oil price hikes implemented by major oil firms, independent player Seaoil Philippines will also jack up prices of its petroleum products by Wednesday (May 20) midnight.
At 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, Seaoil will increase gasoline prices by P1.50 per liter, and diesel and kerosene by P0.50 per liter.
The same price hikes were recently implemented by oil companies Pilipinas Shell, Chevron and Petron.
The companies said the price adjustments were due to the higher cost of oil in the world market.
