Zendesk opens office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
MANILA, Philippines - Silicon Valley-based software development company Zendesk has opened a new office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Zendesk, which provides a cloud-based customer service software platform, has selected the Philippines to be an Asia regional hub.
Its new office in Metro Manila has the capacity to double its local employees to 50.
The Philippine office employs highly-skilled and technical sales and support staff to service Zendesk’s more than 40,000 customer accounts worldwide and across Asia.
Local customers include companies such as Smart, MetroDeal and Minute Burger.
Zendesk was founded in Copenhagen in 2007, and moved its headquarters to San Francisco in 2009. It employs more than 600 employees worldwide.
