MANILA, Philippines -  The board of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp. accepted the resignations of two directors, Angel S. Ong and Manuel L. Lopez Jr.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Thursday, the company said the board elected  Manuel M. Lopez and Salvador Tirona, to  serve the unexpired term of those they replaced.
