MANILA, Philippines - Gokongwei-owned Robinsons Land Corp. has launched a new townhouse development within its 9-hectare property in Sucat, Paranaque City.

Called Woodsville Residences, the project will initially offer 116 townhouse units for P5.2 million to P6.9 million. Unit sizes range from 60 to 123 square meters.

"Woodsville is perfect for those young, second generation families living in suburban areas like San Pablo, Calamba and other nearby provinces in Laguna and Cavite," said Robinsons vice president for business development Mybelle Aragon-GoBio.

Robinsons will start construction of the project in a year and units will be turned over by September 2014.

Woodsville Residences is part of the 9-hectare Woodsville City development, which includes 9 clusters of mid-rise residential towers and a shopping mall.
