The carrier also partnered with 2G0 Shipping to help passengers of the ill-fated M/V St. Thomas Aquinas, who want to go back to Manila via the additional flights.
"As part of its commitment to provide compensation package to the passengers of the ill-fated MV Tomas Aquinas, 2GO Shipping has coordinated with TigerAir Philippines for the purchase of the air tickets,” the company said in a statement.
Under the partnership, 2GO would be responsible for distributing the tickets to affected passengers.
