PNoy appoints new SEC Commissioner

MANILA, Philippines - President Aquino has appointed Antonieta F. Ibe as Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), for a term expiring on March 11, 2019, replacing Raul J. Palabrica.
Ibe, a former chairwoman of the Professional Regulation Commission, was appointed last year as administrator of the Local Water Utilities Administration. Report by Willard Cheng, ABS-CBN News
