MANILA, Philippines - Gokongwei-led property developer Robinsons Land Corp. on Thursday said it is buying a 2-hectare property in Libis, Quezon City from Republic Glass Holdings Corp.

In a disclosure to the stock exchange, RLC said it signed an agreement with Republic Glass to buy the property.

Republic Glass said the sale will be on an installment basis, with payments to be made over 2 years.

The 2 companies did not disclose other details of the deal.
