HP introduces Lifetime Warranty 2.0
MANILA, Philippines - Hewlett-Packard (HP) extended its warranty support to a round-the-clock coverage for three years enabling anytime, anywhere support, while lowering costs for its customers.
The new HP Lifetime Warranty 2.0 adds 24/7 phone support for HP Flex Campus, HP Flexbranch and other small business products for up to three years, included in the purchase price of the covered products.
“Our Lifetime Warranty 2.0 is part of our strategy to improve the economics for customers, offering them peace of mind with 24/7 support, while lowering operational costs,” said Ryan Guadalquiver, HP Philippines managing director and general manager.
HP Lifetime Warranty 2.0 also includes includes next-business-day hardware replacement, as well as technical support and free software downloads for the life of the product.
In addition to the HP Lifetime Warranty 2.0, users will be able to access the HP Proactive Care which prevents downtime and addresses problems before they arise, HP designs, validates and deploys services which gives customers access to networking experts, enabling them to define the right solution.
According to HP, the package also increases the value propositions that channel partners bring to their customers and enables them to sell additional products and services, which helps to accelerate growth and profitability.
