ABS-CBN's noontime offering had a winning streak in national TV ratings in the last week of December, overtaking its rival program, Television And Production Exponents' (TAPE) "Eat Bulaga."
According to the latest TV ratings data of multinational market research group Kantar Media, "It's Showtime" garnered 13.9% in nationwide ratings last December 26 (Wednesday), compared to "Eat Bulaga," which earned a national TV rating of 12.4%.
The subsequent yearender episodes of "It's Showtime" also drew in more TV viewers nationwide, compared to its rival program: 14.4% vs 13.4% (Dec. 27); 13.4% vs 13.1% (Dec. 28); and 13.2% vs 12.8% (Dec. 29).
