MANILA, Philippines - The "Acoustic Heartthrob" Sam Milby is on cloud nine these days. Aside from various commercial endorsements and an upcoming US tour, he is also excited about news that he will star in a movie with the country's Pop Princess Sarah Geronimo.

In an interview with ABS-CBN, Milby said he is excited about the planned ABS-CBN/Viva-produced film with Geronimo.

"Sana matuloy talaga. She's one I really want to work with. Kasi sobrang bait, humble...kahit ganyan na ang status niya. I am a fan. She's so talented as an actress and singer. She can do it all," he said.

He added that the Pop Princess could teach him to the sing while they're taping for the new movie.

Milby, considered the breakout star of the first season of hit reality TV show "Pinoy Big Brother", is set to shoot a "Precious Hearts" series with actress Maja Salvador. He will also join crooner fellow Kapamilya talents Piolo Pascual, Pokwang, John Lloyd Cruz, Bea Alonzo, Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson for the "Heartthrobs" tour in the United States this March 2010.
