MANILA, Philippines -- Singer Angeline Quinto, who has been very vocal about her crush on actor Coco Martin, is giving up on pursuing her "Born to Love You" co-star.

Coco Martin and Angeline Quinto

Pressed to confirm that she really tried to woo Martin, Quinto said: "May mga paramdam-paramdam po. Eh siguro hindi pa po siya handa."

Quinto said she's thankful that after Martin she will now be working with heartthrobs Sam Milby and Paulo Avelino.

Asked to comment that her new crush Milby has admitted that he plans to court actress Shaina Magdayao, Quinto replied: "Ako na naman ang manliligaw, pagod na ako, bagong buhay naman.

'Non-showbiz' date

In the interview, Quinto also cleared speculations that she is now dating a non-showbiz guy.

Minsan nagba-bonding kami sa inuupuhang condo pero wala akong seryosong dini-date ngayon," she said.

When she guested on "Sarah G Live!" last Sunday, Quinto refused to reveal the identity of the guy but hinted that he comes from a well-off family.

"Basta mayaman 'yon," Quinto told the show's host Sarah Geronimo.

Despite her busy schedule, Quinto vowed to find a boyfriend this year.
