Bryan Adams concert cancelled

MANILA, Philippines -- The upcoming concert of Canadian pop-rock artist Bryan Adams has been cancelled.

The cancellation of the show was announced on the singer's website www.bryanadams.com.

"Refunds can be requested at point of purchase," the website said in a post on January 26.

Adams was supposed to have a concert at the Araneta Coliseum on February 18.

The news was also announced by MYX at its website on Monday.

Adams broke in the international music scene in the 1980s with hits such as "Summer of '69," "Straight from the Heart" and "Heaven." He also performed the No. 1 hit, "(Everything I Do) I Do It for You."
