Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion, the leading stars of upcoming film “When I Met You,” said on Sunday that both of them are not yet ready to go into a serious relationship

In an interview on “The Buzz” Sunday, Gutierrez and Concepcion, whose closeness had others speculating about the real status of their relationship, maintained that they would rather enjoy with what they have right now.

“It would really very hard for me and ‘Chard (Gutierrez’s nickname) to have a serious relationship right now and we’d rather really have something that can really last for years and years. Kahit wala nang showbiz, kahit hindi na kami kasing active sa showbiz,” Concepcion said.

For his part, Gutierrez said: “We’re both still young at marami pa kaming gustong makamit sa buhay. At alam namin along the way marami kaming mame-meet na mga tao. Kung ano mang meron kami ngayon, we don’t want it to be destroyed.”

The two stars, two of the most beautiful faces in the industry, said they are special to each other, especially now that they are spending lots of time together to promote their second film. “When I Met You” is set to be shown on February 11.

Occasionally, the two of them would have misunderstandings but they said they make it a point to resolve them immediately.

Concepcion added that she is happy because the actor is taking good care of her.

“’Chard is very open, he’s very honest with me and I’m very honest with him. I’m going to miss him when we finish this movie,” she said.
