Performer Gabriel "Gab" Valenciano revealed that he gave his rumored sweetheart singer Rachelle Ann Go a promise ring.

Valenciano shared that he gave the ring on the second night of Go's concert dubbed as "Rachelle Ann: Falling in Love last Saturday, January 31 at the Music Museum.

"I got her hand and she wasn't looking nagme-makeup siya noon. I wanted to catch her off guard. So she's doing something else and I just got her and and put it through and she didn't even look kaagad. And when I put it on she just stopped and 'yun na. Na-mesmerize siya," said Valenciano.

Valenciano said the ring is the symbol of his commitment to Go since he will be flying out of the country to finish his studies at Full Sail University in Winterpark, Florida, USA.

"We just have told each other that we have to give each other that space. Kasi siyempre you will always wanna text, you will always wanna email, you will always wanna chat, hindi ba? Pero I told her I'm gonna be studying a lot and you are gonna be working. And we are gonna clash. So I just want you to trust me and I want you to know that I will be faithful to you even if we don't get to talk everyday," he said.

Dubbed as Mr. Pure Power, Valenciano said that to make things work, they should both trust each other.

"It's really based on trust talaga. That is the main thing. We can't do anything more to make everything better," he added.

Valenciano said that it is not easy for him to leave Go, but he still needs to go and study abroad to fulfill his dream and also to secure a brighter future.

"It’s also an investment for the future. And if ever, God-willing, Rachelle and I end up together in the future, I want our future to be bright. And the only way I know I can do that possibly is if I go to the States and pursue my dream," he said.

Gab, the son of Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano said that as he gets ready to study in the US he will always remember sweet memories he had with Go.

"The sweetest moment was when she surprised me sa Batangas the day before New Year. Sabi ng daddy ko 'Gab can you please park the car.'  Sabi ko 'bakit natin ipa-park yung car dami nating driver,' sabi niya 'can you just please do it. Kasi all our drivers are out.' So fine pinark ko yung car. Tapos biglang may sumulpot sa likod ko sabi 'mamang driver saan po tayo pupunta? Paglingon ko it was her and we are in Batangas so it's not that near. So the whole day December 31 we are just together the whole day," he narrated.

Aside from performing together watch out for Gab and Rachelle Ann as they act together for ABS-CBN's "Your Song Presents: Exchange of Hearts."

In this special show for Kapamilya's month of 'Feb-Ibig,' the sweethearts will be joined by international performer Billy Crawford and Nikki Gil.
