MANILA, Philippines - International singer Charice said she sees nothing wrong doing lip synching if needed.

In her official Twitter account, Charice, who took a long break updating her fans via Twitter, shared her thoughts about lip synching after buzz circulated that Madonna did a lip synch during the half time of "Super Bowl."

"I bet some people would write something like, "Oh geez, Charice is lip syncing now!" boo! Lol. What do you expect anyway," Charice tweeted.

Charice said that even if she can sing, she's not perfect and she would still feel nervous performing in front of millions of people.

She said that lip synching is not cheating but a thing singers do if they are really nervous and not comfortable performing in a really big event.

"It's not a crime or cheating. Sometimes it just makes you feel better. I would be realllllly nervous," Charice tweeted.

"I sing. But I'm not perfect. I would totally lip sync if I would do some big events with millions of people watching," she added.

Charice also expressed her admiration to Madonna's performance at the Super Bowl.

"That was freaking awesome! She's the Legend :) MDN!!!," Charice tweeted.

Currently, Charice is gearing for her "Infinity" tour this year.
