MANILA, Philippines - Several netizens recalled on Wednesday the humble beginnings of celebrity couple Melisa “Melai” Cantiveros and Jason Francisco.

On microblogging site Twitter, a number of users have posted their own thoughts about the two former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemates—collectively known as Melason—who found true love inside the PBB house two years ago.

As of 11 p.m., “MelasonTwoYearsNa” is ranked as the 4th top trending topic in the country.

Some users simply were thrilled by how far the relationship of Cantiveros and Francisco has gone.

Twitter user BudoyM posted, “yihee!! congrats!!! MelasonTwoYearsNa!!!! most loved housemates sa ordinary season ng pbb!”

“MelasonTwoYearsNa wow! achieve na achieve! CONGRATS :D”, user sette05 tweeted.

Others, meanwhile, couldn’t help but feel nostalgic now that two solid years have already passed.

“#MelasonTwoYearsNa. Nakaka-miss ang PBB Double Up. :')”, Twitter user awesoMelvin said.

Citing a line previously used by Francisco to woo Hontiveros, user closetlurker tweeted, "'gusto mo ipakilala pa kita sa lola ko?' MelasonTwoYearsNa”.

Cantiveros and Francisco first met in 2009.

Their real-life relationship blossomed inside the “PBB Double Up Edition” house wherein they stayed until February 2010.

Recently, it was reported that they have broken up.

Francisco, however, denied the report.
