Vice Ganda hopes to die at 40?
MANILA, Philippines -- After the death of his grandmother Rosita P. Borja, actor-host Vice Ganda said he hopes to die at the age of 40.
"Gusto ko nga mamatay na ako when I reached the age of 40," Vice Ganda said in an interview with The Buzz Magazine for its February 2012 issue.
The comedian made the statement at the wake of her grandmom at Nacional Funeral Homes in Quezon City.
According to Vice Ganda, who was obviously sad at that time, his family is known for having long life spans.
Aside from his grandmother Rosita, who died at the age 87, he said he has grandparents who have reached the age of 100.
Currently, Vice Ganda is at the peak of his career. Aside from his blockbuster film "Praybeyt Benjamin," he is also part of ABS-CBN's newest noontime show "It's Showtime."
According to The Buzz Magazine, Vice Ganda will also be doing the remake of Dolphy's film "Darna Kuno" under the direction of Wenn V. Deremas.
Then, June or July, Vice Ganda will be gearing up for his biggest concert at Araneta Coliseum produced by ABS-CBN.
