MANILA, Philippines –- American actress Lucy Hale is now in Manila to fulfill her commitment with a local clothing brand.

Hale, who plays Aria Montgomery in the U.S. hit television series “Pretty Little Liars,” arrived in the country before noon on Thursday.

She was recently chosen to be the newest endorser for the fashion brand Bench.

The “Pretty Little Liars” star said she is looking forward to meet her Filipino fans.

Hale said she is also excited to experience the country’s tropical weather.

“PHILIPPINES today! Can't wait to meet some of u this Sat. & soo excited for some warm(er) weather. @TheScottyCunha & @benchtm y'all ready?!” she tweeted.

Upon arriving in Manila, Hale tweeted that she has never felt more welcome.

“Philippines! I've arrived! And I've never felt more welcome :)” she said.

Hale is set to hold a press conference and a fashion show at the SMX Convention Center on Saturday.
