MANILA, Philippines - Is celebrity doctor Vicki Belo giving up her love for Hayden Kho?

In her official Twitter account, Belo said that Kho can now openly date actress-singer Nancy Castiglione or Nancy Jane.

"nancycastilogne you can now openly date @haydenjr . You have my blessings . Hope you'll both be happy," Belo said.

Rumors have circulated that Kho was allegedly spotted earlier this week kissing Castiglione at a bar in Taguig.

For his part, Kho admitted that he and Belo are having a misunderstanding.

"Before things go out of hand: Vicki and I are just having a misunderstanding. Don't make conclusions. There's infidelity issue here," Kho said in his Twitter.

"I meant NO infidelity issue," he quickly cleared.

Kho, who is infamous for his sex videos, is now appealing to the public not to cast their judgement right away for the sake of Castiglione's children.

"I'd like to appeal to everyone to please hold your judgement. There has been a misunderstanding and it's gone out of proportion. I feel that the public doesn't have to get involved in this but since names have to be cleared and this issue involves the welfare of two innocent toddlers, I will have to speak out my piece, but at the right time. Thank you," Kho said.

Castiglione, who is not married, gave birth to twins Matteo and Joaquin in March 2009.
