Ruffa Gutierrez's kids join 'Goin' Bulilit'
MANILA, Philippines- Lorin and Venice Bektas, daughters of actress-host Ruffa Gutierrez and estranged Turkish husband Yilmaz Bektas, have joined children gag show "Goin’ Bulilit," their first television program.
Lorin, 6, told “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon” that she promised to maintain her good grades to get her mother’s permission to join show business.
She said she is happy that her mom acceded to their request.
"I promised mommy I'm going to have good grades para payagan [niya] ako dito sa Goin’ Bulilit," Lorin said. "Mommy, thank you for allowing me. I love you so much."
As early as now, it seems that Lorin already knows how to handle intrigues.
When asked if it's true that she has a crush on child stars Nash Aguas and Buboy Cariño, Lorin said: "Hindi totoo ‘yon. Wala talaga. Magagalit si mommy.”
Venice,5, meantime, said like her older sister, she is happy to be part of the popular show.
"[The taping] is fine. But I like the games more," Venice said.
"Goin' Bulilit" airs every Sunday night on ABS-CBN.

Bektas Girls in “Goin Bulilit”
I’ve seen the “Goin Bulilit” last Sunday with Lorin and Venice. They are just like their mom, so adorable and fun to see. Hopefully, I could still see them till Christmas 2010 Goin Bulilit episodes since its so much fun. Well, it’s good that they’ve promised to maintain good grades while doing careers in media industry. Since I still believe that education is more important that anything else. Good luck for the two Bektas girls!
