Top-rating 'Honesto' to end in March
MANILA - "Honesto," the inspirational series starring child actor Raikko Mateo in the title role, is down to its last four weeks, ABS-CBN announced on Tuesday.
The Dreamscape Entertainment Television series will air its final episode in March, after nearly four months as the No. 1 primetime show in the Philippines, according to Kantar Media.
In January, "Honesto" maintained its overall lead with an average national audience share of 29.7%, as measured using a panel size of 2,609 urban and rural homes.
In the latest episodes of the Primetime Bida offering, Diego (Paulo Avelino) is seen making steps to reveal the crimes committed by his father, Hugo (Joel Torre), after the death of his mother, Lena (Angel Aquino).
Honesto, meanwhile, is on the verge of discovering his real identity.
Directed by Jerry Sineneng, Darnel Villaflor, and Tots Mariscal, "Honesto" also stars Eddie Garcia, Janice de Belen, Nonie Buencamino, Melissa Ricks, and Joseph Marco.
It airs weeknights after "TV Patrol" during ABS-CBN's primetime block.
