MANILA, Philippines – Azkals striker Phil Younghusband has nothing to say over reports claiming that Angel Locsin and Luis Manzano are now back in each other’s arms.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News, the heartthrob football player said he does not want to delve on things like that. He said his only focus is his blossoming relationship with Locsin.

“That's none of my business, I mean that's between them. The only thing I can do is concentrate on myself and my relationship with her. I don't want to waste any time thinking about it. I don't think there is any need,” he said.

Younghusband also revealed that he does not really know what Locsin and Manzano went through.

He is hopeful though that things between him and the actress will turn out positively.

“I mean I don't know the history [of their relationship] and I don't know the business but hopefully the future is positive,” he said.

Asked if he and Locsin are planning to have another date, he said: “I'm not sure. We don't have any plans right now at the moment but hopefully soon.”

Younghusband has been very vocal about his admiration for Locsin. Last February, he blatantly asked the actress to be his Valentine’s date on Twitter.

In his recent interview, Younghusband disclosed that things seem to be going smooth between him and Locsin.

The 2 reportedly went out several times. They went target shooting on their first date.

Locsin and Manzano, on the other hand, are rumored to have rekindled their romance.
