Karylle, the former girlfriend of Dingdong Dantes, has shrugged off a controversial video of the actor and Antoinette Taus.  

Dantes and Taus, a former actress, were sweethearts until their break-up in 2005. A video of them in an intimate moment has recently surfaced on the Internet. Using a cell phone camera, the two are videoing themselves while kissing.

Both Dantes and Taus said it was taken a long time ago. Dantes’ manager maintained that it occurred five to six years ago.

However, persistent rumors had it that the intimate scene was shot while Karylle and Dantes were already dating.

Karylle and Dantes’ relationship lasted for three years. They called it quits last year amid speculations on the brewing romance between Dantes and leading lady Marian Rivera. 

Karylle, for her part, maintained that the issue is no longer her concern.

“Wala na akong kinalaman sa kanila... tapos na lahat ‘yon,” Karylle told “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon.”

She also said that she is not aware if indeed the kiss took place while she and Dantes were already in a relationship.

She added that right now what’s important is that she is happy with her work.
