For her hard work in the past 30 years in show business, megastar Sharon Cuneta has rewarded herself with a designer bag that costs millions of pesos.

Entertainment show “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon” estimated that Cuneta’s Hermes Birkin bag is worth P3 million. It is made from crocodile skin, the show reported. 

The luxury item would add to Cuneta’s collection of bags. She said she decided to buy the item when someone reminded her that it was about time to reward herself for working so hard in the industry for 30 years. 

“Pwede na ‘yon ipamana ngayon,” she said.

Aside from bags, the megastar is also into collecting books, magazines and DVDs.

Daughter KC Concepcion, meanwhile, said her mother “earned it.”

“She earned it. She worked all her life… it’s not like [gastos lang siya ng gastos] may katumbas [din naman] na goodwill,” Concepcion said.

Cuneta is not the only one splurging these days.

During her birthday celebration, Anne Curtis was wearing a headband designed by Jennifer Behr that reportedly costs P35,000. Nicole Ritchie, Sophia Bush and Natalie Portman were some of the big personalities who worn the expensive headband.
