'Honesto' still No. 1 TV show nationwide
Philippines' top 10 TV shows in February named
MANILA - ABS-CBN once again dominated the list of most watched TV programs in the Philippines, according to Kantar Media, clinching 9 out of the 10 spots in the list in February.
The inspirational primetime series "Honesto," which stars child actor Raikko Mateo in the title role, remained the No. 1 show in the country with an average national audience share of 32.6%.
Also in the top five, in order, were "Wansapanataym" (30.3%), "Got to Believe" (29.9%), "TV Patrol" (29.5%), and "Maalaala Mo Kaya" (29.1%) -- all ABS-CBN programs.
"Bet On Your Baby" placed 6th with 28.1% in average nationwide rating, followed by three other Kapamilya shows -- "Annaliza" (23.6%), "Rated K" (22.2%), and "Home Sweetie Home" (22%).
The strong viewership of ABS-CBN's programs in February once again made it the No. 1 TV network in the country, having garnered an average national audience share of 45%. GMA-7 and TV5, meanwhile, only garnered 32% and 10%, respectively.
Kantar Media, a multinational market research group, uses a nationwide panel size of 2,609 urban and rural homes, representing 100% of the total Philippine TV viewing population.
