MANILA, Philippines - Actress Bea Alonzo said she and hunk actor John Lloyd Cruz became good friends while shooting their movie "Miss You Like Crazy" under Star Cinema.

"Ang dami naming natutunan talaga. When it comes to acting, ang dami kong natutunan kasi natuto kaming mag-usap na hindi namin nagagawa before pa. Natuto kaming mag-usap about the characters, natuto kami na to make conversation about the character and natuto kaming maging magkaibigan talaga," Alonzo, Cruz's long-time on-screen partner, said.

Alonzo said she's happy with the outcome of her latest project with Cruz.

During the interview, Alonzo also had a message to actress Angel Locsin, who will be the next leading lady of Cruz in ABS-CBN's upcoming project.

"Ang advice ko lang kay Angel ay i-enjoy niya every moment everyday na makaka-trabaho nya si John Lloyd because it's quite an experience to be working with him," Alonzo said.

Alonzo added that she's a fan of Cruz, and she also admires Locsin as an actress.

"Kay Angel, alam mo, she's a fine actress. Alam natin na na-nominate siya sa Emmys at ang gaganda ng soap na ginawa niya. I'm sure magiging maganda ang pagsasama nila ni John Lloyd because I'm fond of John Lloyd. He is a good actor talaga," Alonzo said.
