MANILA, Philippines - Singer-actress Vina Morales on Sunday said she is advising her youngest sister, Shaina Magdayao, to take it slow amidst reports that she is romantically involved with John Lloyd Cruz.

"I really don't know if that's true or not. Ang dami din kasing nali-link kay JL (Cruz) kaya much better na lang na wala akong masabi dahil hindi natin alam kung ano ang pangyayari at mangyayari at mga nangyayari. So for now 'i-enjoy muna ang buhay,' yan ang sabi ko nga kay Shaina and not to take it seriously," Morales said.

As a sister, Morales said that she can not stop actor John Lloyd Cruz and her sister Shaina if they are really dating.

She said she had no involvement in the breakup between Shaina and John Prats. Prats is the former boyfriend of Magdayao.

"Mahirap ii-stop ang isang tao, either of those two, either kay John Lloyd or either kay Shaina o kay John Prats man kung nagkakagulo sila. Ayaw kong makialam or kung mayroon mang tampuhan ng konti or mayroon mang may gusto sa kapatid ko who I am to stop that," Morales said.

Morales made statement following reports that Magdayao and Cruz are often spotted together. The two were recently seen in Boracay last Thursday for the special summer episode of "ASAP XV."

It said that the two went to Boracay one day ahead of the other ASAP artists who went to Boracay last Friday and Saturday.

Currently, Magdayao is part of hit television series "Rubi" while Cruz is gearing up for a television series with Angel Locsin.
