MANILA, Philippines - Hunk actor John Lloyd Cruz continues to keep mum on his rumored romantic relationship with young actress Shaina Magdayao.

ABS-CBN News chanced upon Cruz on Boracay Island where musical variety show “ASAP XV” staged a show last Sunday. Cruz and Magdayao are among the program’s hosts.

Instead of putting the issue to rest, Cruz neither confirmed nor denied the rumored relationship.

"Talk to my manager…. nandito tayo ngayon sa Boracay, so mag-enjoy tayo. Sorry, I don’t mean to be rude but I have to go now," the actor said as he hurriedly left before other entertainment reporters could mob him.

Cruz and Magdayao's alleged romantic affair became the talk of the town as reports swirled that the 2 went to Boracay a day before the scheduled arrival of other celebrity hosts of “ASAP XV.”

Reports said they arrived on the island on Thursday, while other “ASAP” hosts came Friday and Saturday.

Meanwhile, actor John Prats, Magdayao’s former sweetheart, said he is “happy” for the “Rubi” star.

"Kung totoo man ‘yon, I'm happy for her. Basta ako, masaya ako where I am now. I’m moving on and I'm thankful [to] my friends and family,” Prats, who is also hosting “ASAP XV,” said.
