MANILA (1st UPDATE) - Actress-TV host Kris Aquino and her two children left Manila on board Emirates Airlines flight EK 333 bound for Paris on Saturday.

Kris, James 'Bimby' Yap Jr., and Josh Aquino were accorded full airport assistance by Manila International Airport (MIA) authorities for being members of the First Family.

Kris requested airport authorities not to allow journalists who cover the MIA to interview or take photos or videos of them. However, Kris allegedly requested them to allow only two broadcast crew -- one from ABS-CBN and one from GMA Network -- so they can interview her before she leaves.

Kris was interviewed by journalists from the Philippines' two biggest TV networks at the Dignitaries Lounge.

The interview was held simultaneously as the press opportunity of Vice President Jejomar Binay, who had just arrived from the Vatican in Rome, Italy where he attended the inaugural ceremonies for Pope Francis. Binay was interviewed at the other side of the Dignitaries Lounge.

Except for the two networks, MIA authorities kept secret the flight information of President Aquino's youngest sister.

Kris' former husband James Yap had sought a hold departure order (HDO) on the actress-host and their son Bimby, for fear they would be staying abroad for a long time, and he would thus not be able to see his son.

Yap has been been issued a temporary protective order (TPO), which bars him from being within 100 meters of Kris and Bimby, following alleged incidents where the star cager supposedly caused "distress" on his 5-year-old son.

The basketball player's legal counsel Atty. Lorna Kapunan earlier said that her client, through his petition for the HDO, only sought to be informed of the travel plans of his former wife and their son.

The request was junked Friday afternoon by a Makati court.

Kris' lawyer, Francisco Chavez, meanwhile, had said they would give the court details on Aquino and Bimby’s travels to assure Yap that he will still be able to see his son.
