“I love my mom very much.”

This was what singer-actress Karylle said as the annulment case of her parents - “Divine Diva” Zsa Zsa Padilla and Dr. Modesto Tatlonghari – dragged on, which further frustrated her mother.

"The annulment is still going on so I can’t really talk about it…  [but] you know our family, we've been through a lot, but I love my mom very much," Karylle told “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon.”

Padilla has turned emotional as she aired her frustration over her still unresolved annulment case.

"It's been annulled but then there's a new development so I needed to go to court again, but ayoko ng i-continue. Sobrang sakit. Kung alam niyo lang kung gaano kasi ang sakit sakit," Padilla said.

A “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon” report said a court reversed an earlier decision annulling Padilla’s marriage to Tatlonghari. Padilla and Tatlonghari have been separated for almost 20 years now.

"Matagal akong naghintay. Bago ko pa man inumpisahan ang daming gulo. Tapos noong nabigay 'yong annulment, hindi ko alam kung ano ba ang tawag doon, parang binabawi or whatever," Padilla said.

Padilla has two daughters with long-time partner Dolphy, the country’s “King of Comedy.”

Meanwhile, Karylle, who recently celebrated her birthday on variety show ASAP ‘09, said she was sad because Padilla is not in the country when she turned 30 last Sunday.

"Sobrang sayang nga na she can't be here on ASAP. I guess next year. Pero alam mo 'yon she is on tour and it's really a blessing na she's doing this 'Divas 4 Divas' thing," Karylle said.

Karylle and Padilla are both hosts of ASAP ’09.

Padilla is now in the United States for her “Divas 4 Divas: US Tour” show with Pops Fernandez, Regina Velasquez and Kuh Ledesma.
