MANILA, Philippines – “America’s Got Talent” (AGT) judges Piers Morgan and Sharon Osbourne have some things to say to American Idol’s (AI) youngest contestant, Filipino-American Thia Megia.

Back in 2009, Megia tried her luck on AGT. She, however, got booted out after the show’s quarterfinals round.

On Thursday (Friday in Manila), Megia was voted off from AI, the second time she got eliminated from a TV competition.

In an interview with Access Hollywood last Saturday, Morgan said maybe Megia is “just not good enough.”

"In the end, these shows always find out the real talent... You can tell everyone, 'You're the best thing since sliced bread,' but actually, in these shows, you get found out because there's too many elements, too many parts of the process," Morgan said.

Osbourne, on the other hand, said: "She was actually 12 when she came on to our show. She was only 12 and to be fair to her, she is 16 now."

"She's just, she's good, she's pretty, but...Who knows," Osbourne added.

After getting eliminated from AI, Megia has done a number of press calls.

In her interviews, she admitted that she really felt devastated after learning the results but stressed that she doesn’t have any reason to feel depressed because her career is merely beginning.

Aside from her guestings on various American shows, Megia is set to join the rest of AI’s top 10 for the summer tour.
