ABS-CBN's movie outfit Star Cinema has disclosed some of its line-up for this year.

Roxy Liquigan of Star Cinema's advertising and promotions said included in the line-up is a romantic-comedy movie featuring former president Joseph Estrada and Ai-Ai delas Alas.

After Holy Week, Estrada will meet with Star Cinema's managing director Malou Santos to present his script.

The romantic-comedy movie will be directed by Wenn Deramas.

Aside from “T2,” Bea Alonzo and Sam Milby’s "And I Love You So" will also be shown this year. The movie will be directed by Laurenti "Lauren" Dyogi.

"And I Love You So" is the story of young woman (Alonzo) who lost her husband. In her solitude, he will meet a man (Milby) who is a complete opposite of her late husband.

It also stars hunk actor Derek Ramsay.

Star Cinema also showed a snippet of the much-anticipated movie of Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos, "In My Life."

The star for all seasons is set to fly to New York in the United States on April 19 to shoot some scenes with actor John Lloyd Cruz and son Luis Manzano.

In a previous interview, Santos said, in the movie, she portrays the character of a mother who has a gay son.  "In My Life" is under the direction of Olivia Lamasan.

The cast and crew of "In My Life" are expected to finish their shooting in New York in three weeks and are slated to come home on May 26.

Under the direction of Deramas, "Best Friends Forever (BFF)" is Star Cinema's "Mother's Day" offering, which is set to be shown on May 13. BFF is the first movie project of Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Comedy Concert Queen Ai-Ai delas Alas.

Liquigan bared Cuneta's former husband, Gabby Concepcion, might do a special appearance on the last part of the movie but they won’t do a scene together.

Star Cinema is also finishing "Estrella" starring Shaina Magdayao, Maja Salvador, Jake Cuenca and Geoff Eigenmann.

"Estrella," a story of a group of teenagers who have the ability to see ghosts, is directed by Rico Ilarde.
