King and Queen of Talk Show Boy Abunda and Kris Aquino recently enjoyed watching a spoof of their hit entertainment news program "SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon."

"Ang sarap panoorin, nakakatawa pala talaga," Abunda said after watching a teaser of the new sitcom, "Banana Split," which included a spoof of their new show.

In the spoof, actress Angelica Panganiban wore a red dress and mimicked the hosting mannerisms of Aquino, while comedian Jason Gainza , who wore black pants and vest, imitated Abunda.

Abunda said the funny satire only means that people like their show.

"It's the biggest testament that they remember us," Abunda said.

Aquino believes that she and Abunda have already made a strong impact among television viewers.

"Yes, that means people are watching the show," shared Aquino.

Aside from hosting SNN, Aquino and Abunda also host the weekly entertainment show "The Buzz" with Ruffa Gutierrez.

Banana Split's newest season stars Gainza, Zanjoe Marudo and John Prats.
