Kris to Pacquiao: Unlike you, Noynoy undefeated in polls
MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE) – In an apparent jab at Filipino boxing champion Manny Pacquiao, actress-TV host Kris Aquino said her brother Sen. Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III has an undefeated record in politics, while the "Pinoy sports icon" still has to prove that people want him in public office.
The actress, who is actively campaigning for her brother, said in her Twitter account that she has seen the TV endorsement of a “Pinoy sports icon” indirectly claiming her brother has not proven his real worth in politics.
Kris was referring to Pacquiao, who is endorsing Aquino’s rival, Sen. Manny Villar of the Nacionalista Party.
In the ad, which showed him together with actors Dolphy and Willie Revillame, Pacquiao said: "Merong iba d'yan, laban ng laban sa salita pero wala pa namang nagawa."
In response, Kris Tweeted on Thursday: “In politics, Noy has won 3 straight terms sa Congress and won almost 15 million votes sa senatorial [race] in 2007."
“How sad na he didn't think na in politics, knock out nga s’ya,” she added.
Kris was referring to Pacquiao’s failed first attempt in politics, when he ran against Darlene Antonino-Custodio for a congressional seat in South Cotabato in May 2007.
Kris also said that unlike the “sports icon,” her brother has already proven that voters want him as a public servant by winning all the elections he has entered.
“In politics, si Noy ang may napatunayan because Noy has never lost an election! Ika nga, undefeated ang record n'ya,” said the actress.
Pacquiao, who is running against Roy Chiongbian, who, like Antonino-Custodio, comes from an influential political family, shrugged off Kris’ comment.
“Hindi kami nang-aaway ng ibang kandidato, kasi kung mang-aaway ka, maganda ang intensyon mo tapos mag-aaway ka, hindi magandang halimbawa [iyan],” he said.
Despite Kris' statement, Pacquiao said he still considers the actress a friend.
The boxing superstar added that he is confident he will win this time around.

Umiiyak at humihikbing magtatawag ng People Power si Noynoy. Susunod ang mga supporters niya at lalakarin ang Edsa Shrine only to find out na nakapuwesto na ang military dahil naka-alerto nga ang mga ito. Hindi papapasukin ang mga tao sa shrine kaya walang magagawa ang mga ito kundi tumulak papunta sa Makati kung saan naghihinga din ng sama ng loob ang talunang si Binay. Kaya lang, nakabantay na rin ang mga pulis at bibigyan lang sila ng ilang oras na ihinga ang sama ng loob nila in public. Afterwards, unti-unti silang idi-disperse ng mga pulis. Manlalaban ang ilan ngunit mapupunta din sa wala at magkakawatak-watak ang mga supporters ni kalbo na isa-isang mag-uuwian na. Uuwi din na nagngingitngit ang tuktok ni Dakilang Tamad at Kalbo(NOYNOY) dahil napunta sa wala ang People Power niya.
Scenario #2: Panalo si Dakilang Tamad at Kalbo(NOYNOY)
Makintab ang ulong manunumpa si Noynoy sa pagka-Presidente at ngiting asong uupo sa upuan ng Presidente ng Pilipinas sa Malakanyang. Subalit, hindi pa nagtatagal sa pagkakaupo ay isa-isa nang magtatawagan ang mga taong sumuporta sa kanya at maghihingi ng kabayaran sa serbisyong ginawad nila kay kalbo. Hindi mapagbibigyan ni Presidente Noynoy ang ilan at ang mga ito ang magiging malupit niyang kaaway. Magsisimulang maglabasan ang mga paninira kay Noynoy at mauungkat na naman ang Psych report niya.
Hindi makakatagal si Mar Roxas na utos-utusan ni kalbo kaya't makukumbinsi itong tumiwalag sa administrasyon ni Presidente Noynoy. Magkakaroon ng SOLID OPPOSITION na kukuwestiyon sa kakayahan ni Presidente Noynoy na mamuno. Sari-saring paninira ang ibabato nila kay Presidente Noynoy at maniniwala naman ang mga tao. Dadami ang mga aayaw kay Presidente Noynoy at magtatawag ang mga ito ng People Power. Dahil wala naman talagang kakayahang mamuno si Dakilang Tamad at Kalbo(NOYNOY), mapupuno agad ng tao ang paligid ng Edsa Shrine na sumisigaw na bumaba si Presidente Noynoy sa puwesto bago niya ma-mobilize ang military at pulis.
Kikilos si Kris Aquino para i-defend ang kapatid niya pero dahil bwisit ang mga tao kay Kris, lalo lang dadami ang mga ayaw na sa mga Aquino. Uulanin ng galit ang The Buzz ng ABS-CBN at kailangang bantayan ng husto si Kris sa paglabas niya ng ABS-CBN kung hindi ay kukuyugin siya ng mga tao.
Aabot sa Day 3 ang protesta sa paligid ng EDSA Shrine. This time meron nang mga bulong-bulungan na babaligtad ang military at PNP. Lalabas sa TV si Presidente Noynoy na magtatawag ng Snap Election pero pagtatawanan lang siya ng malakas ng mga kalaban niya dahil gaya-gaya siya kay Marcos at Erap. Bago matapos ang araw, darating sa EDSA Shrine ang Chief of Staff ng Military at sasabihing bumaligtad na ang miltary. Lalabas ulit sa TV si Presidente Noynoy na gagamitin ang pangalan ng mga magulang nila for one last attempt na makakuha ng suporta. But all is lost na.
Day 4 ng protesta, lalabas ng Malakanyang ang dating Presidente na si Noynoy na tulo luha dahil nawala ng lahat ang mga kakampi at supporters niya. Sa EDSA Shrine, manunumpa ang Vice President na si Mar Roxas at siyang magiging bagong Presidente ng Pilipinas. Matamis ang ngiti ng bagong First Lady na si Korina. Magre-retire sa bahay niya si Noynoy na todo bantay ng military.
Dahil sa nangyaring ito, mailalagay na naman ang mukha ni Noynoy sa TIME Magazine but this time, he is referred to as a former President who was ejected by his own people despite the history of People Power in their family.
Si Pokwang ang papalit kay Kris Aquino sa The Buzz kung saan mas magugustuhan siya ng mga manonood sa kanya dahil simple lang, hindi mayabang at marunong magpatawa. Si Kris Aquino ay mapipilitang maging housewife na lang kung saan araw-araw siyang iinisin ni Baby James ng pagsigaw ng VILLAR!

Seeing the three - Willie, Mannny & Dolphy endorse Manny Villar, I couldnt stop but wonder if the three are asking all their conquered women, legally or illegallly, past, present or combined, to vote for their money or man of the moment who must be one of their kind, whether as a womanizer or as one exemplifying their distorted set of norms & mores otherwise known as corrupted values which seemed to have collated with their IQs firmly glued under their feet. Oh my, the two, Willie Revillame & Manny Pacquiao deserve to be sprayed with truckloads of pesticides - i.e. fungicides & bactericides to eventually clear mother earth of the inherent virulent viruses both of them wield to the poor filipino people which are likely to reduce us further into the lowest of the low, to our abyss as far as values & our self-esteem are concerned. Kris, if you really love your brother as much as we do, please do not put him into this mess. You need to attend to his need regarding health issues first, like the need to quit excessive smoking which would aggravate his mental condition. An all-important judgment par excellence in national governance could never result in poor health of such leader of a nation in critical situation. Our Philippines needs a healthy president in physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects. Ask God to heal him in all of those aspects completely instead of fueling his humanistic pride and stubbornness. But first, righteousness should start in our own contrite heart in harmony of God’s Wisdom before we became His instruments for change and nation building.
May God bless us all to enter His promised 7-year-Jubilee Rest to us, Filipinos, as His standard bearers in this beloved archipelago to the whole world He Love, before His coming 2017 Millennial Reign of peace, prosperity and wisdom in both Heaven and Earth.

tutuuo naman na wala talagang nagawa si NOynoy sa a legislator. never did he stand consistently againts corruption, more so againts GMA. its very elightening ding basahin ang documentary ng GMA re Hda Luisita. pinakita dito na ang posisyon nito sa pulitika at pusisyon relative to Arroyo ay mahigpit na nakaugnay sa pusisyon ng mga Arroyo sa Hda Luisita and of course sa iba pang economic at potilical interest ng mga Aquino-cojuangco. it will also be good to watch the documentary of bulatlat.com re Hda Luisita.

while slogan nila ay labanan ang korupsyon they are doing the opposite in their campaign tactics. i remember the day the survey na lumabas na lumalapit si Villar. nagsalita si butch abad na they are rethinking their campaign strategy/tactics-kinabukasan inilarga na nila ang villaroyo.
