SLIDESHOW: 'Pogays' showcase talent in grand finals

MANILA - The hit noontime program "It's Showtime" concluded its first-ever edition of "I Am Pogay" on Saturday, with a three-hour finale filled with talent, humor, and wit as shown by its competitors and hosts.

The studio audience was treated with dozens of song and dance numbers, as well as other quirky productions, which drew cheers and laughs throughout the show.

John Raspado, who hails from Baguio City, eventually bested 22 other grand finalists of the show's segment for gays, with his impressive showmanship and his moving speech, to take home P300,000.
