Young actress Shaina Magdayao reiterated that posing for men’s magazines is not just her thing.

Magdayao, who graces the cover of this month’s issue of Metro magazine, said she is willing to pose sexy for fashion magazines only.

"I don't have anything against them (men’s magazines) or for the models who pose for them, but it's just not my thing," Magdayao explained.

For her Metro photo shoot, the 19-year-old actress wore one-piece swimsuits and a metallic silver two-piece swimwear. The pictorial took place at the Subic Bay Yacht Club. 

She confessed that she felt like a newbie while doing the pictorial. This was the first time that Magdayao showed more skin for a magazine.

"I was laughing about it because I felt like a newbie, like it's my first time ever to be in a pictorial. I was so nervous," Magdayao said.

She also reasoned: "It's just normal to wear swimsuits in the summer. People don't wear jeans to the beach."

Magdayao is the youngest sister of actress-singer Vina Morales.
