Aleck Bovick, born Maria Teresa Bovick Tambis, is known for her sexy films.

In 2006, the half-Filipino, half-German actress joined ABS-CBN's reality show “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition” in an attempt to revive her career. While inside the house, she and fellow celebrity housemate, TV Patrol reporter Gretchen Malalad, became best friends. 

She was the first female celebrity to be kicked out of PBB house after receiving the lowest number of votes.

She is married to actor Carlo Maceda. They have one child together.
