Sexy actress Katrina Halili was expected to go to the Senate on Wednesday noon to seek help regarding her alleged sex video with celebrity cosmetic surgeon Hayden Kho.

"Nakipag-ugnayan sa akin ang isa sa malapit kay Ms. Katrina Halili at maaring bumisita siya sa ating tanggapan mamayang tanghali para humingi ng tulong," Revilla told ABS-CBN's morning show "Umagang Kay Ganda."

The senator said he is willing to help the actress build criminal cases against Kho, who was tagged by the senator as insane for taking videos of his partners in bed.

"Amin munang pag-uusapan kung ano ang mga bagay na dapat gawin. Kung ano ang dapat isampa at kung paano i-encourage 'yong ibang nabiktima pa ni Hayden Kho," Revilla said.

Aside from the alleged sex video with Halili, two more videos have been circulating in the internet. Reports said the videos involve actress Maricar Reyes and a Brazilian model.

The senator expressed his rage over the Hayden sex videos in his privilege speech at the Senate on Tuesday.

The actor-politician said the videos were disgusting and said Kho must be insane for collecting sex videos.

"Noong nakita ko ito ay nanginig ang laman ko at hindi ko matanggap na ganoon na lang niya binababoy itong mga kababaihan. Kawawa naman. Naawa ako sa mga nabiktima niya. Kaya we should put a stop on this. Dapat hindi lang mapakansela ang lisensiya nito kung hindi dapat maipakulong natin itong taong ito," the senator said.

Halili and Kho had admitted that they had a brief romantic affair, but both denied the existence of the sex video. The affair ended Kho’s relationship with equally cosmetic surgeon Vicki Belo.

Revilla has called on the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to look into the possibility of revoking Kho's license. He said Kho's insanity can be a ground to revoke his license.

Immorality

In a separate interview with Umagang Kay Ganda, Philippine Medical Association (PMA) president Rey Santos said that aside from insanity, "proven immorality" can also be used as ground for the revocation of Kho’s medical license.
 
"The other one is proven immorality. These are grounds for suspension, reprimand or revomal ng lisensya ng isang doktor," Santos said, adding that keeping footage of ones sexual adventures is "conduct unbecoming of a physician."

Santos added that if Kho is proven guilty in connection with the sex videos, the PMA can file a case against the cosmetic surgeon before the PRC and ask for the revocation of his license.

He said Kho may have also violated the physician's code of ethics. He said a medical professional should have "respect for human dignity and at the same time, protect the dignity of the medical profession."

"We in the medical profession do not tolerate it. We condone it and in fact, condemn this particular act," Santos said.

Revilla had said that Kho's case is one of the reasons why he wants to support Buhay Rep. William Irwin Tieng's "Anti Cyber-Boso (House Bill 4315)" bill, which seeks to criminalize the recording of "private act or acts and other violations of the privacy of an individual" using cellular phones or video cameras.

The senator said he will also push for the passage of Senate Bill 12 or the Anti-Pornography Act.
