(Update) Katrina Halili wants Kho's license revoked
Actress Katrina Halili on Thursday asked the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) to revoke the license of cosmetic surgeon Dr. Hayden Kho after their sex scandal broke out.
In her six-page complaint, Halili said Kho should be stripped of his license for videotaping their sexual intercourse without her consent. Their sex video is now circulating in the Internet.
In her complaint, Halili narrated that she and Kho had a romantic affair in late 2007 which ended in January 2008. She said rumors about their sex video came out in December 2008, prompting her to confront Kho about it.
She said Kho, in a text message to her manager, had initially denied any sex video. The doctor, Halili claimed, later admitted that he has four videos with Halili.
According to Halili, this was Kho's text message sent to her manager in May 2009: "There are four videos with Kat (Halili) , if not mistaken, two dancing, one talking, one obscene."
Halili claimed the doctor also told her manager that Dr. Vicki Belo, Kho’s former girlfriend, had copies of these videos. Kho also assured her camp that copies of those videos would not go public, the actress claimed.
On Wednesday, the actress vowed to go after Kho and others who were responsible for spreading the sex video, which created a national uproar. Halili's fellow stars, as well as other lawmakers, condemned Kho.
'Misconduct' grounds for revocation of license
On Wednesday, the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) said that Kho's counduct in the video could damage the image of doctors, and could have his license removed if there is proper evidence of his misconduct.
According to the Medical Act of 1959, a doctor's license can be revoked if, after due investigation, the doctor is proven to have been incompetent, or has neglected duties or has engaged in "unprofessional or dishonorable conduct."
Dr. Melchor Santos, PMA president, said that Senator Revilla's letter is not enough for the PMA to start an investigation on Kho's conduct.
A formal complaint should be filed at the PMA by a person directly involved in the incident. With reports from dzMM and Niña Corpuz, ABS-CBN News

HYDEN KHO and his cohorts if there are any should be held liable under Para C section 5 of R.A. 9208, under this law he faces an indivisible penalty of 15 years imprisonment and a fine of no less than Five Hundred Thousand Pesos.

I am not convinced that Hayden Kho is a "cosmetic surgeon", as what your article has stated him to be. If I'm not mistaken, Kho has just passed the Physicians'Board Exams in February 2007, so there's no way he can be "cosmetic surgeon" in that short time. Please verify your facts first.

most people say katrina is 'malandi' o 'maharot'. But in my opinion, it's everyone's right to have boyfriends, or something. they have the right to have sex. But they also have the right to keep it private. they have the right to keep their mouth's closed. katrina is just human. and to have sex is normal. but creating a sex video, showing it, and duplicating it for public viewing is definitely not normal. tao lamang po tayo. nagkakamali. pero lahat tayo may karapatan. mahirap o mayaman, ordinaryong tao o artista, may karapatan. sa lahat po ng tao na nagsasabi na kasalanan ni katrina kung bakit nagkaroon siya ng sex video. ang masasabi ko lamang po, lahat tayo na nasa tamang edad, may mga boyfriends o girlfriends, o may mga asawa, ay nakikipag talik. please be an open minded person. i saw the video myself, and from what i've concluded, i can say that katrina is a victim. i am not saying that it's hayden's fault, but whoever duplicated the video will and should pay for what he/she has done.
