Celebrity doctor Hayden Kho's former best friend has denied allegations that he is responsible for the spread of the controversial sex videos that is the country's talk of the town.

Eric Chua, in an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN News, denied that he was responsible for the spread of the videos to the public.

Chua said that he should not be made into a "fall guy," saying his reputation as a legitimate businessman is being tarnished by the scandal.

Chua said he agreed to an interview to clear his name, saying his being dragged into the issue has been bad to his business and his family.

He said he suspects someone as the actual culprit in spreading the videos, but declined to announce the name publicly. He said he will disclose it, plus other important information, at the right time.

Belo breaks silence

Meanwhile, Kho's former girlfriend and employer, celebrity doctor Vicki Belo has also spoken regarding the issue.

Instead of condemning Kho, Belo, who faced reporters in a party for a skin clinic being endorsed by Katrina Halili over the weekend, shot back at the women involved, saying these women should learn their lesson.

"This is probably the worst... I want to see the silver lining, see the purpose behind, and I think the purpose is for laws to be finally passed against this, and for women to realize that they have to be careful, and for women to realize that if a guy has a girlfriend, you shouldn't go in there and try to steal him," Belo told reporters during the weekend party.

Belo said she is not afraid to face Halili, one of the women in the controversial videos.

"I don't have a problem. Wala akong kasalanan sa kanya...I have nothing to hide. I've done nothing wrong," she said.

Children support Belo

Belo's children, meanwhile, said they are supportive of their mom in this "crisis."

"We're just here to make her feel loved," Crystalle Henares, Belo's daughter, said.

"If that ever happened to me, magtatago na ako at magmumura... but she's very gracious, still," filmmaker Quark Henares, Belo's son, said.

Quark then directed a double entendre to Kho.

"Talk is cheap naman. We'll see. We all know that. We should make a video and he should make me his director, kasi medyo defocused at madilim ('yung videos)," Henares said.

Belo also said that their beauty clinic chain is "business as usual."

"Crystalle and Quark have been very supportive, although they are also going through a difficult time. But this has brought the family closer together, including Atom (Henares, her ex-husband) and my borther. And you'll know who your friends are when the chips are down," Belo said.

Belo and her two children are scheduled to depart for Paris, France for a taping of her beauty show being aired over The Filipino Channel (TFC). With reports from Jay Ruiz and Mario Dumaual, ABS-CBN News
