Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. said Monday that he will suggest a closed-door hearing into the sex video of sexy actress Katrina Halili and cosmetic surgeon Hayden Kho.

“Well pwede nating (i-suggest) 'yan pagdating doon sa maseselan na bagay. Pero I cannot dictate. Alam mo naman 'yong mga kasamahan nating senador, hindi naman natin pwedeng diktahan. Pwede nating imungkahi. I will try," Revilla told ABS-CBN’s morning show, “Umagang Kay Ganda.”

He said Sen. Maria Consuelo “Jamby” Madrigal’s committee on youth, women and family relations will start hearing the Hayden-Halili sex scandal on Thursday.

Revilla, meanwhile, said they already have solid evidence against Kho, who had apologized for the proliferation of the sex video.

Lorna Kapunan, Kho's lawyer, assured her client will attend the hearing.

"Opo pupunta po si Hayden, although [he] has admitted [of taking footage] of the sexual act. Hindi siya ang nag-distribute at nag-manufacture ng video na ‘yan,” Kapunan said. The lawyer insisted that Kho is a also victim.

Kapunan said that they will formally request Madrigal’s committee to conduct an executive hearing on the sex video scandal.

'Yong sinasabi n'yong closed-door session, kami ang magpa-file today. Magsa-submit kami ng letter kay Senator Jamby that this be done in closed door session. As I've said it is enough that the victims have come forward and it's enough that many has been said on the topic. Let's focus on legislation," she said.
