Belo back in RP to face charges
MANILA - Controversial celebrity cosmetic surgeon Vicki Belo is back in town.
Belo flew in around 11 a.m. Tuesday aboard a Cathay Pacific Airlines flight CX 901 from Hong Kong.
The lady doctor did not queue up for processing at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) immigration counter and went straight out of the arrival area.
She was accompanied by a barong-clad man who was wearing an airport-issued identification card. Belo was among those who emerged early from the aircraft.
Wearing a dark blue overall, Belo did not have any makeup on and her hair was not done. Belo eluded newsmen as she hurriedly got out of the airport.
On Monday actress Katrina Halili sued Belo, along with Dr. Mark Herbert Rosario, Eric Chua and Princess Marie Velasco, for violation of Republic Act 9262 or Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act.
The complaint stemmed from a sex scandal involving Halili and Dr. Hayden Kho, Belo’s former boyfriend. Rosario and Chua are erstwhile friends of Kho’s. Velasco, on the other hand, is Rosario’s girlfriend who reportedly had an affair with Kho.
Halili alleged that Belo, Rosario, Chua and Velaco had something to do with the proliferation of her sex video with Kho. Belo’s legal counsel, lawyer Adel Tamano, however, maintained that Belo is innocent of the charges.
Halili’s complaint, which was filed before the Department of Justice, will be consolidated with the case lodged last week by the National Bureau of Investigation against Kho.

whahah... ur full of fallacies! Buzz statements are for law students USE ONLY =P, u can waste ur words on destroying Chua's credibility but it won't just work that easy! oh... TAMANO makes sure in giving statements about technologies use proper jargon, you sound like a 50 yrOld newbie. "Download" = getting info or data from the internet to your memory drive. Just use "copy" and "save" onto disk instead, ur confusing urself with terms u dont really understand or your just misleading statements to your advantage in talking urself out with stupid people, or Not =P. I dont think ur the right lawyer to handle the case. LOL... Belo should really a get a younger lawyer that understands tecH in a much deeper sense. =P Since i'm sure Belo would be on the hotseat for keeping the laptops or hardicks* with her for awhile, pretty sure of that... I dont see her destroying the evidence especially if it is a Mac and owned by her precious selfish youngeR lover... =P this is going to be fun, don't u think? anyways these are just my thoughts, who cares what i post... =P

Who holds the original copies is MOST LIKELY to commit or accessory to the crime. Does Belo still have the laptops and hardisk??? THIS SHOULD BE THE ANGLE OF THE INVESTIGATION. does Belo has a MOTIVE? oh yeaH! Women go to extremes in times of relationship turmoils, believe that... Talaga nga naman...pagtungtong palang sa airport e nagpapakita na etong si Belo na money can do everything, is she a VIP person para di dumaan sa normal procedure ng pagdaan sa customs and de bodyguard pa ha.I really pity Ms. Katrina Halili because alam naman natin sa tin sa pinas kung me pera ka kayang kaya mong paikutin ang lahat ng tao and yun ang gagamitin ni Belo to get fee from all this mess (and with free lipo pa para sa mga nagtatabaang buwaya sa gobyerno hehehehehe...)

-regardless of Dr. Kho's laptop operating system whether it is Windows, MAC or Linux.
Procedure:
1. remove HDD
2. plug into portable HDD case
3. connect to PC with "recovery software"
4. scan for *.mpeg || *.mov || *.wma || ETC...
