He has boyish looking face and a hunk body but Aldred Gatchalian, Aldred Marc Francisco Gatchalian in real life, is more than just a pretty face.

He is, as a matter of fact, a perfect symbol and paragon of the youth—simple, polite, kind-hearted, professional, God-fearing, obedient and most of all, humble.

A product of the reality show, “Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition,” Gatchalian is a very self-made guy his age. He likes show business very much so his parents allowed him to enter the local entertainment industry but with one condition - to continue his studies.

Gatchalian shuttles between showbiz commitments and school. He is presently enrolled at the University of the Philippines’ Open University Program where he takes up Associate Studies in Arts.

He has two movies under his belt, namely “My Big Love” in 2008 under Star Cinema and “Bente” in 2009 under APT Entertainment. He has appeared in a number of television shows and has done an MTV.  He is also a print and TV commercial model.

He is celebrating his 17th birthday today.
