MANILA - Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Vicki Belo and three other individuals have been placed on the Bureau of Immigration (BI) watch list in connection with the sex video scandal.

BI Commissioner Marcelino Libanan said he issued the order Tuesday night upon the directive of Justice Secretary Agnes Devanadera.

Also included on the watch list are Eric Johnson Chua, Dr. Mark “Bistek” Rosario and Princess Marie Velasco.

Libanan said  the four individuals will remain on the BI watch list for a period of 60 days “unless sooner terminated or extended.”

“So long as they are in our watch list, they will not be allowed to leave the country unless they have a clearance from the Department of Justice (DOJ),” said BI spokesman Floro Balato Jr.

In her directive, Devanadera said the four individuals should not be allowed to leave the country as they are subjects of a preliminary investigation being conducted  by the DOJ’s task force on violation against women and children.

Devanadera said the deparment wants to find out who were responsible for circulating Dr. Hayden Kho's sex videos with several women. She said the perpetrators can be charged with violating the law on violence against women and children.

Actress Katrina Halili has accused Belo, Chua, Rosario and Velasco of spreading her sex video with Kho. The actress has maintained that the video was taken without her knowledge and consent.
